“I never subscribed to Blinko yet was receiving text messages that were costing me money. I have never heard of MQube until I read the name on the bill.
No-one has had the opportunity to use my phone. Yet, as per the Cingular rep, someone doesn’t need my phone to sign me up. They can just enter my # on the providers site and I will get billed for it! There are no checks and balances to ensure that I am signing up for my own # and not someone else playing a joke”
